The following is a summary of the writers’ life as an inventor and innovator, to inspire the young generation. Developing inventions, from an original idea to the finished product is a life addiction. During the usual ups and downs, can intensive thinking of an invention provides a good escape. Even physical pain of an illnesses, lose its intensity. The future world will require many inventions and innovations. Inventions can be unique, or an improvement of existing technology. The Individual inventor takes some risks, especially if his/hers invention is ahead of time and not immediately accepted by the market. The most satisfaction and reward for inventor remains, that he/she is capable to create and develop new products, which often surprisingly works, makes worth the finances and time spent. There is always a possibility of great reward, even small innovations, may bring acknowledgement and reward.

The writer's inventions and innovations, some family oriented, others, for the environment, the professional inventions. Due to political circumstances, the writer started, in different countries, with different languages and without finances. Innovation and inventions helped him to survive, well. Statistically is well known that only 3% inventions are successful. Many individual inventors lost everything, their finances, family and friends. The right balance for an individual inventor is important. To provide not expensive, entertainment domesticated inventions for family and friends. Following the dedicated inventions for the professionals, industry and public. 

Family inventions and innovations

The inventor's family, his father, mother and two sisters, experienced two dictatorships. Nazism and communism and during both dictatorships, his family was on the wrong, the punished, anti-communist side.

As a boy, no family's clock and watch was save from him and steel Mercano set, was his most appreciated toy and building a successful crystal radio.

Generally unknown in 1947, changed the front solid backrest, of his father's, American made car Nash, into a reclining backrest. In addition, he converted 220 volt ac gramophone, into 6 volts dc powered. The only problem with the gramophone was that the speed was not regulated and the music was quite different from the original. Three boys then travelled throughout Czechoslovakia and slept in the comfortable auto bed, throughout their travel and listened to the "heavenly" music.

Due to 1948 communistic putsch, the Czechoslovakian life changed. The writer's plan was, with his fried escape communism. In his lifetime, he had to take many risks, however most of them had some cautious, safe backing. Prior to the planned escape, the 17 years old, joined the party.  He made sure that if caught no harm will follow.The writer, with his friend tried to escape communism, but they were caught at the Czech-Austrian boundary, by means of trained dogs. He will never forget the:" Freeze or we fire" He little movement and dead cannot write memoies. Both were interrogated at Mikulov jail. The writer's party membership and help from his father, helped save their life. The communist authority decided that a young party member would never try to escape CSSR. The communist authority decided that the two youngsters went astray in the forest and consequently were released free. The writer's front tooth became black, during the interrogation and eventually fell out. Second time interrogated at Brno. Both were extremely lucky not to be sentenced to 5-10 years to the deadly uranium mines. The prison term 5-10 years for escaping the communist CSSR, was mandatory. Released-free, the writer returned to high school and eventually graduated. He had two chances, a/ either be a communist, denounce his family, the anticommunist father and capitalist grandfather, or b/ try to get out of the party. He, an anticommunist, decided for b/ by avoiding the communist meetings and was therefore sacked. Since his study years, he was nearly each months with his parents and grandparents in Brno. Employed, not so often.  
When the writer in 1965 escaped communism, he applied for an international passport for political refugees, in Austria. The story of the 17 years old was presented and his action of 1948, fully acknowledged, saving life of his friend and himself. 
In 1950, his father, an anticommunist was prosecuted by one of the city of Brno communistic lawyer and with willing communistic judges sentenced and jailed. Consequently, the whole family was condemned, by communists. His sister was thrown out from university, studied justice, his younger sister started to have heart problems and himself was not permitted to study on university and had to work in a workshop's lathe. He introduced few works improvements. After one year, the communist coworkers recommended him for study. Not permitted in Brno, went to Bratislava, Slovakia. In that time the most important personal documents, he declared that his father is a miner in Jachymov uranium mines and was accepted to study Civil Engineering. He took a very high risk. If the university would have receive the revelation of his father jailed for anti-communism, he would have been expelled, condemned and punished. To study under such condition was difficult. That the revelation did not arrive at the university, he was very thankful to his dear mother and grateful to the communist Mr Slovak. Both achieved that the revelation of his father's jailing, the university did not receive. He learned the Slovak language and how to survive, without his supportive family. At the beginning of the university his membership was for him hazardous the continuous danger of revelation. He missed all the membership meetings with his excuse the study too demanding. He was eventually expelled from the membership.  Completed the first year study and all examinations, his fried advised him that the university received document of his father jailing. The writer asked his fried to burn the document, immediately; he changed to a new faculty of geological engineering. The writer loved sport. In summer athletics and volleyball and in winter skiing, especially ski jumping. In that time, due to the style and poor ski equipment, jumps of 30 m were "OK". At Nove Mesto, Moravia, he was second. During the winter university holidays, he was paid ski instructor, for union people on holidays.  
To receive financial study support in one year he completed all examinations of a two years study. In 1965, few months prior to his the last examination, solders reported his father's political background, consequently, was thrown out from university. His savior was the communist 5 years economy plan, the industry required seven Ing. Geologists and so, he was taken back to finish his degree. In his personal documents, said upbringing a son of a miner, was crossed and changed to a typical capitalist upbringing. Following, the survival with such personal document was not easy. Periodically, there were communistic screenings and for his survival, as an engineering geologist, working with maps, he had to change employment often. The old maps of Czechoslovakia made under the Austrian Empire, were once declared as a state secrecy and the other time not.

He owned and modified motorcycles. All of geological mapping, up and down hills, through creeks and bush, were done by motorcycles. His duty of mapping was foot work. With a few bruises, he had more leisure times, with his friends.

Only the communist owned private cars. In 1969, the writer purchased a three wheeler from an invalid too old to drive. The three wheeler body was made from thin walled tubes, covered by waterproofed material. The doors and the rest of the body brown and the top were beige, very light, with the motor weighting only 270 kg. It was designed for 45 km/hour max and as the writer is tall, he needed to lots of practice to get in and out. He exchanged the motor for a larger capacity, motor and strengthened all moving parts, including brakes. But one problem remained was that the three wheeler had no electric starter motor, only a hand starter. With the new, high compressed engine, it seemed his right hand became longer. The overworked three wheeler was now capable of speed over 100 km/hours. at this speed, the tree wheeler tried to fly. A front deflection plate was added. During winter, it was a miracle. To the drilling sites, only heavy duty four wheel drive Tatra trucks, could manage through the deep snow, the writer found a method for his three wheeler. The rear powered wheel was placed into the deep track, made by the Tatras. The light two front wheels, sitting at the top of snow. The three wheeler car with the top material untwined from top tubes became kind of a cabriolet. From his siting position, the writer saw sky only. He had get his head out of the top tubes, to steer it to the drilling site. Advantages include great saving, no walking through the deep snow to the drilling site, very appreciated by his colleagues and became very popular. There was a competition, how many people can be squashed into the small three wheeler. Records were 8 people packed in it. His "car" was named: "Mirko's flying overcoat".

Later, in Slovakia, he became the Deputy director of Czechoslovakian Water Resources of Slovakia.

During the Dubcek era, the writer was aware that the Soviets, will keep hold on Czechoslovakia. It was a good time to escape to the neighboring country Austria. Without fluent German language, he started as a well digger. Shortly after, he built a drilling rig from old steel, from a waste steel yard and made drilling tools and became a drilling master, drilling over 100 m deep bores. He commenced geologist work on projects of the University of Graz. During the extreme cold winter, he suffered in Austria, working in the country side. He preferred a warm climate of Australia and with recommendation of professor Metz, of the Graz University, since 1968, as a geologist, with Geological Survey of Victoria. In 1969, he became a member of the Inventors Association of Victoria and from 1987 of Western Australia.

His inventive work was on standard for PhD. the University of Melbourne refused his entry, having not a degree from a Commonwealth country. Due to misunderstanding, the writer's Dr title was not issued. All of his six colleagues received the Dr Title. He studied 1+1= 2 years civil engineering and four years geological engineering. In 1965, he received a degree in Engineering geology from the Komensky University of Bratislava and in 1991, the title Magister.

Living in Melbourne 1976, he designed and built with his family members, a steel framed 28' motor home (he became expert welder). All of the cabinets and overheads were part of the main construction, making the motorhome extremely robust. The motorhome, served as an office and hotel, at drilling sides and conferences. The writer gave lectures at national and international conferences, his family was each time with him. The motorhome  assisted in his hydrogeological work at country sides, lecturing around Australia and for demonstration of the working inventions.   
Beside as  the professional aid, the motorhome served his family 35 years, for water skiing/camping, snow skiing/camping and bush/camping. He with his wife were long time members of the Motorhome & Campervan Club of Australia.
The motorhome became a Vintage Motorhome with 1976 interesting new ideas. The vintage motorhome is kept, unregistered for friends.

In Melbourne 1972, he purchased an army disposal inflatable boat. After a gallstone operation, in hospital with pain, a inventive work on specially designed wooden hull, the pain disappeared. The boat was looking ugly, that must have been the reason, people taking photographs often, instead of the flashy, shiny ski boats present. The boat was light and very fast. With a moderate, economic 90 hp outboard, outperformed ski boats, towed water skiers and even one barefoot skier, very economically.

Living in Perth 1989, with his wife, they enjoyed fishing. Their 20' boat with 120hp outboard, gave plenty of opportunity. An Italian friend, an experienced fisherman, taught them sea fishing. Not every day the fish were attracted to their hooks. That had to be changed. Another invention followed, namely a barley pump, powered by air, to which a hook was attached. Resulting in plenty of fish caught. The barley pump was published in West Australian fishing journal, resulting in request for the pump for a few happy customers.

In Perth 1992, his family 5x10 m swimming pool hardly used, was enclosed and converted into large play room, with billiard table and other sport facilities, being convertible back into a swimming pool. This was published by West Australian newspaper.

In Perth 1995, following were few innovations, physical games for children. The puck-in-one game was played by children at the Perth Royal Show. Parody soccer game, a fun alternative to the serious game of soccer with a funny goalkeeper and moving goal, was enjoyed by children, teenagers and few adults, at the Burswood Sports Day, year, after year. The writer/inventor owns a number of various innovations and technologies designs, some, registered. As a boy, he received acknowledgement for paintings. In Perth during his health slow recovery, he enjoyed watercolour painting. 

For his advanced age, there are a number of his home innovations and inventions,  to make his live easier. A massage chair placed on a designed Platform, pneumatically operated, moves the chair to any angle. A combination of British, Germany and the inventor's ideas, lead to a safe "Heavenly bath". He always loved sport. The table tennis is still his enjoyment. Due to his age and ability, he could not find players. to play with him. The only solution was a robot. After 1/2 hour ping pong robot exercise, straight to his personal massager. His massage chair, placed on his designed platform, to move him into horizontal position, for an intensive massage and wellbeing.  

Invention for the environment

Grampians, Victoria, working on town water supply, groundwater provided from rigid rocks, he invented another method. Hydraulically fractured rocks by means of explosives. He received license to handle explosives. Two bags of explosives were positioned over each other within one bore, at recalculated distance. Both explosive bags were fired simultaneously. The pressurized water, by the explosions caused the major fracturing of the rigid rock. The method proved very successful in Grampians, Victoria, giving more groundwater for town water supply. The aim of the writer’s professional inventions was mainly for groundwater testing and environment. For his 1979/1982 patented groundwater sampling a testing technology, he became 1980, Australian ABC TV Inventor of the year and from World Health Organisation de la Sante prestigious recognition, for 1979 and 1980 and gold medal at the International exhibition of inventions,Geneva.The Multistage Groundwater Sampling and Continues Groundwater Quality Testing in Situ (1981, Elsevier science). His invention became the Riha PumpsR patented technology and acknowledged by the USA patent court. The method is used by professionals, around the world. From history: 1962, Mr W.A.Losey pat. 3,062,153 Method of and means from pumping various kind of water.1976, Mr R.F.Middelburg Air operated pump for sampling small diameter bores, WRD Buletin. Unfortunately, the WRD was possible popular in USA and not in Australia. The loose flexible tube was held to the two ball valves by means of a rope. Using the high air pressure, the air escaped into the sampled water, changing the chemistry and biochemistry of the sampled. water.  It took further four years to develop the pump. The Riha PumpsR technology was based on vulcanising the flexible tube to valves, with self cleaning non return valves, proved satisfactory and was manufactured for few years. The later model pump, proved to be most durable, was made entirely from polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride. Manufactured in Australia, by his family company Solavan Pty Ltd.  Patent no.575878, international application PCT/ AUS81/00165, the tubular diaphragm spacer pump followed. Manufactured until 2010.

The writer's other invention was removal of iron, or manganese from groundwater. Drinking groundwater must comply with drinking water standards. Chemical analyzes of groundwater, often shows an excess of iron and manganese, in concentrations above the drinking water standards. To reduce iron, or manganese content, requires surface treatment plant, with running costs. The writer's green, renewable system invention, the Subterranean Groundwater Treatment, was based on remove iron, or manganese, by changing the oxygen content within aquifers. To let the nature do the job of treatment of groundwater underground, without running costs. For the system to operate, the nature had to be favourable, two, or more aquifers, with different water heads. The differentiation between water heads of these aquifers, he uses as a sole energy source for the groundwater treatment by aeration. This is a totally green method, a water treatment underground, without the costly surface treatment plants, no electricity and no running costs.

Commenced in Czechoslovakia, 1964, the authorities, were impressed with his calculation. Saving a surface treatment plant and running costs. They approved finances for the township bore water supply Cataj and Partizanske, Slovakia. Specially constructed bores were drilled, to find out the real water head differentiation of two aquifers. Transmissivities and storativities of each aquifer were calculated, the required intensity of aeration of the permissible inter-aquifer flow. At that time, there were not computers; all of the calculations were carried out by slide ruler. The system he developed required extensive field testing. An aerator was designed at specific level, letting groundwater cascade along the bore casing, into the underlying aquifer. Most of the precipitated iron was collected within the sump of the bore. The green, renewable system was powered by nature, saving treatment plan, electricity and running costs. The system worked well and the writer, for his invention, received royalties.

The knowledge of distribution of pollutants within aquifers is important,especially of fractured rocks. The inventor developed Colourimetry for the detection. A porous bore insert is oriented and lowered into a bore for a determined time span. After the determined time, the porous bore insert is lifted providing colorimetric evidence of the pollutants by absorption or precipitation. The repeat of the lowering and lifting of the bore insert enable to monitor changes of the pollutants. The oriented bore insert provides another important information, the local direction of the groundwater flow.Elsevier Science 1981.

The method of aquifer testing was developed by the inventor. An interaquifer flow is used as the principle energy sources driving the test.Considering the areal complexity of multilayered aquifers the interaquifer flow testing method produces a large amount of aquifer data cheaply thus enabling construction of contours of transmissivity values for each of the aquifers and aquitards as well as simulation of the areal flow conditions.Ground Water 1979.

In Australia, 21.2.1977, the writer's advanced technology, the Subterranean Groundwater Treatment, was patented, Australian patent No. 516,571. THE MULTI-STAGE SAMPLING AND TESTING GROUNDWATER- A PRE-REQUISITE FOR MAXIMUM UTILIZATION OF AQUIFER SYSTEM, The Science of Total Environment, Elsevier science, 1981 (267-271). The technology was successfully applied for the town bore water supply of Merino, Victoria. No treatment plant was required and no running costs. The inventor received great help from the Head of the drilling Department of Mineral and Energy, Victoria, the drilling master and his crew. This methodology was used at Footscray, Victoria, where 1.5 m thick, immiscible organic oil layer was hydraulically captured by inter-aquifer flow. The 1.5 m thick layer immiscible oil were separated in particles, aerated and drawn by the inter-aquifer flow. In 1971, the discovered 1.5 m thick layer, in two years, was decreased to 0.24 m and measured in 1979, to zero.

Much later, the Merino Township required more water. At that time, the inventor became very ill, poisoned by toxic groundwater in Western suburbs of Melbourne.. Toxic, industrial waste was illegally disposed into disused basalt quarries, at Western suburbs of Melbourne. By sampling and investigating groundwater pollution, nearby these basalt quarries, his body was poisoned. The illegal disposal of toxins into basalt aquifer,of Western suburbs of Melbourne, was officially documented and made public, by the Melbourne newspapers. The poisoned writer/victim, investigation and report, stopped any toxic disposal into the basalt aquifer, by the industries. As a consequence, since then, the water of Port Philip Bay were protected against discharge of poisoned groundwater. The writer/inventor designed and developed a new durable and long lasting diaphragm for the pump of Riha PumpsR technology, to avoid his intensive pain. On recommendation of doctors, he moved with his family to the dry and warm climate of Perth, Western Australia. With a loss of 50% of his lung capacity, became an invalid and could not continue, with the detailed field examinations. The township of Merino required more water. A second bore was drilled, without the separation of the aquifers and consequently the pumped water required treatment.

Behind each of his inventions is a story, often funny and entertaining, unforseen problems required quick thinking to avoid embarrassment, the use of explosives caused few scary moments, all well documented, with many photos.

Czechoslovakia, from 1918, was known worldwide, as technologically advanced and prosperous country. Czech industries, Czech owned, were world known, such as, Zbrojovka, Tatra, Jawa, Skoda Avia and others. Many industries survived Nazi and communist dictatorships.

The writer/inventor would be very happy to document Riha PumpsR technology working in good cooperation between Australia and Czechoslovakia. Unfortunately to opposition happened.

The writer/inventor introduced his invented and developed technology, to Czechoslovakia, his home country and experienced great injustice. In 1990, Australia with the inventor provided a goodwill technology, to help Czechoslovakia.

The recent Czech publication EZO, named Czechs who worked with the previous Czech communist secret police. The names of communist secret police should have been known prior to 1990, to avoid harm and damage.The communist state valued the undercover work for people. They were often rewarded and employed as scientist, without university education. Understandable, these people became plagiarists.

These people were indoctrinated by the previous communism and hated the prosperous political refugees from overseas, the capitalist class enemy. These people were dedicated to cause damage to the Australian benefactors and their own country Czechoslovakia. Helping themself to be well off, by embezzlement.  

In 1992, the Czech authorities let Czech criminal elements destroy the good cooperation between Australia and Czechoslovakia. The case described, is educational for the future, so these technological injustices, might never happen again.

Up to 1990, Czechoslovakian professionals used costly observation bores for groundwater investigations, drilled of large diameter, steel cased. The groundwater samples were taken either with bailers, or submersible pumps were exposed to air caused chemical and biochemical reactions. The expensive water analyzes gave false readings. Australian patented Riha PumpR invention, was most economical, a progressive technology, required inexpensive 50mm PVC casing, used by plumbers for domestic drinking water piping. Water samples taken by a 43mm pneumatically powered pump, groundwater's volatile elements analysed in situ, straight out the pump by means of electrodes, prior to the water sample exposed to air. The inexpensive Riha PumpsR technology provides correct chemical and biochemical data of sampled water. The exact data are required for drinking water protection and investigation of groundwater pollution.

In 1990, the Czechoslovakian government asked for help with water pollution investigations, in localities previously occupied by the Soviet-Red army. The Czechoslovakian newspaper described the devastation of these areas, buried tanks, machinery, buried old ammunition, fuel containers, disposed fuel, oils, all mixed with waste, affecting the groundwater quality.

In 1990, the disabled inventor did not hesitant to help his country of birth, with his Riha PumpsR invention. The writer informed Australian government, Austrade that Riha PumpsR decided to help Czechoslovakia, with the Australian patented very economical technology, as goodwill, free of charge. Generously financed by Austrade 70%, (up to A$ 20 millions), matched by Solavan's Pty.Ltd 30%. All of manufacturing tools, and material, for production, was sent from Australia to Czechoslovakia, payed by Solavan Pty Ltd.

The late President of Czechoslovakia Mr Vaclav Havel, was informed in writing and valued the Australian help.

An international business contract in Czech and English language was signed by the director of Czechoslovakian Institute of geological engineering in Brno, in the duration of 10 year, for Czechoslovakia, Europe and Russia. The writer, director of Australian Solavan Pty Ltd, for signed for Australia. The Czech institute in following is in short named VUGI (Vyzkumny ustav geologickeho inzenyrstvi). Within one year fifty Riha PumpsR were produced, by VUGI, in record time and served investigation of groundwater, to safeguard drinking water.

The inventor was later, informed by the employee that the only profitable department of VUGI, was the Riha PumpsR department. The director of VUGI and management kept their business dealings in secret. After two years cooperation, VUGI was apparently bankrupt. The question remains, can a large state governed scientific institution, employing large number of workers, can be insolvent? At the time a corrupt scheme, was popular within the management circles of Czechoslovakia, the so called "tunnel sale". Under this scheme, the prosperous and less prosperous Czech state enterprises were sold to private companies, the managers of the sold enterprises making fast, easy money. The inventor expected from the Czech ministry, governing VUGI, that the Czech ministry enforces Riha PumpsR manufacturing, in accordance to the 10 years international contract and good cooperation between Australia and Czechoslovakia, for the Czechoslovakian benefit. It seems that money-grabbing, without any limits, had priority. The Czech ministry agreed with the sale of VUGI. Riha PumpsR production ceased and all of the Riha PumpsR manufacturing items from Australia were stolen. Under the 10 years contract, in case of discontinuation, all manufacturing items from Australia should have been returned to Australia. To save the Riha PumpsR technology for Czechoslovakia, the writer received company status from the Brno City, permitting an establishment of independent Riha PumpsR technology and work. The Czech authority with the heir/writer, signed the 19.9.1991 contract giving the complex building in Brno,Grohova 21, allotment 49 and 50 into ownership of the writer. The signatories, the Czech authorities asked the state notary for assign the property Brno, Grohova 21 into the Land Title Register book, confirming the heir/writer  ownership.   In 1992/93, few greedy Czechs stole and sold Riha PumpsR technology and equipment to a known overseas company 7.2.1992 the state notary decided otherwise. The state notary crossed out the workshop allotment 50, by falsifying data of the 19.9.1991 contract. The state notary committed a criminal act. Consequently  Australian Riha PumpsR manufacture and R&D ceased to operate in the Czech Republic.. Due to falsified data by the state notary the overseas company was 22 years without a competition in Czech Republic. This criminal act against the Czech Republic and Australia was never investigated by the police, or Czech authorities. During the 1992-2012 period, the writer required investigation (latest 2012). The intentional  fraud, criminal act of the state notary, requires to be fully investigated. The duty of Czechoslovakia (Czech Republic) was to adhere to the international rules and laws, safeguarding (required) environmental aid  foreign investment. A consequent paradox followed. The generous Australian aid to Czechoslovakia, comprising Riha PumpsR technology was stolen and sold by few greedy Czechs overseas.Bribery was paid to eliminate Riha PumpsR competition. In case that Riha PumpsR would have been introduced in 1990 to Czechoslovakia, the writer/heir would have been owner of his father's complex building, the historic house and textile mills. No damage to the historical floors of the textile mills would have happened. Since 19.9.1991,  Riha PumpsR planned manufacturing and R&D in his father's textile mills and grandfather's Slatina. Following the steal and sell of Riha PumpsR technology and equipment, bribery had to be paid to eliminate Riha PumpsR competition. Consequently, by the 7.2.1992 write off, the Riha PumpsR competition was eliminated and the writer/heir lost his father's textile mills. From 1992-2013, Czechoslovakia and Czech Republic, due to criminal grred of few Czechs, lost an estimated EURO 2 billion. Why was this financial crime against Czechoslovakia and Czech Republic and Australia not investigated by the Czech police,authorities and courts? The villain criminal damage to the historic floors of the textile mills? Since 1.1.1991, the textile mills remained empty, was it a criminal action of the CSR State notary, never investigated?
For the past 21 years, the writer asked Czech police, courts, ombudsman, Czech authorities, including the Prime Minister and the late Presidents for investigation the 7.2.1992 damaging decision of the State notary JUDr Jana Striterska. As evident from the writer's articles,the requested investigation was not performed.Why? Is it possible that the 7.2.1992 decision of the State notary and the damage of the historic floor of the textile mills was guided by the powerful top level Czech pressure group? Communism internal deals between communist companies remain predominate over the brave owner of the textile mills, JUDr Jaroslav Riha.

The Riha PumpsR technology required the writer's father workshop and grandfather's land, for development and testing.

During 1948-1989, under the cruel communism, in Brno, South Moravian region, the writer's father and grandfather, were condemned, as capitalist, prosecuted and their properties confiscated.

In 1991, the Czechoslovakian system demanded from the writer to employ a Czech lawyer, for the return of his late father and grandfather properties, for Riha PumpsR technology. The Czechoslovakian authorities were informed of the Australian and the inventor’s goodwill, free gift Riha PumpsR technology to Czechoslovakia. In 1990, the writer gave lectures in Plaque, Brno, Bratislava and Zilina. He presented a paper at a conference in Znojmo, with demonstration of the Riha PupsR technology. The Australian goodwill was broadcasted in Czechoslovakia and Australian contribution to Czechoslovakia, was published in Czech newspaper. The writer was convinced that for the Australian Government and his goodwill and successful introduction of Riha PumpsR technology, he will receive all of his father and grandfather properties, for the Riha PumpsR production, benefiting Czechoslovakia. The Czechoslovakian system required that he employs a Czech lawyer. His Czech lawyer organised the ownership transfer of his father's combined house from the state organization Brno II, into his ownership, at Brno, Grohova 21. The Czech authorities, including the South Moravian and Czech authorities approved the ownership transfer and on the 19.9.1991, a contract was signed, giving him the ownership of the combined house of his father and including the garden's three stories workshop at Brno, Grohova 21. His father loved and supported Czech art. The workshop is unique, built in 1886-1895, of Jugendstil architecture. His father maintained the workshop in prestige conditions (under communism worsen). In name of his father, the writers planned the ground floor of the workshop, for permanent exhibition of Czech art and art sale and use the second and third floor for Riha PumpsR development and manufacturing.  Machinery, tools and material were ready in Australia, to be sent to Brno workshop. Repeating, since 19.9.1991, a signed contract approved by the Czechoslovakian authorities, his ownership, of the combined house, of his father. Machinery, tools and material were ready to be sent from Perth to Brne,Grohova 21, workshop. 
In 2012, the South Moravian Building Office permitted to undo the originality of the architecture example of  philanthropic paternalism design.. On purpose built historic textile mills mutilated into dwelling house. Multiplying  of windows and changing the authentic floors. SAVE THIS HISTORICAL MONUMENT. Objectives were lodged to protect and preserve  the planned socio-economic 19 century workshop building, of "garden city movement", placed within the garden. In 1993, unlawfully sabotaged fire safe floors, concrete over timber,an indication of 19 century textile mills. Three stories historic textile mills, often protected with world heritage status.In 1989-1990, the legal protection under the Czech heritage law no. 20/1987Sb of the historic Jugendstil workshop building of Brno, Grohova 21, was disregarded.not. The practical measures and technical means to ensure the protection and conservation of historic buildings in Europe. In 1993, a crime was committed. Contrary to the Convention,, the protection of the world cultural and natural heritage UNESCO,1975. The Czech Heritage law no. 20/1987 Sb. of the Czech national council. The crime was committed, the destruction of the historic floors of the historic workshop building. This serious crime against heritage was not investigated, during the past 20 years, neither the workshop building ownership-inheritance theft. Absent was the protection of the heritage and conservation, leading to damages, lack of maintenance, neglect and the latest inappropriate actions due to ignorance. UNESCO Declaration concerning the Intentional Destruction of Cultural Heritage 17.10.2003, VI-State responsibility,  VII-Individual criminal responsibility, VIII-Cooperation for the protection of cultural heritage, IX- Human rights and international humanitarian law, X-Public awareness.

On 7.2.2012 Brno state notary, four months of Mgr. Mirko Riha ownership, decided to erase the workshop from the 19.9.1991, official Czech contract!!! Unbelievably, for the Czech state notary, the goodwill, Riha PumpsR technology never existed. In contrary to the civil law no.40/1964Sb. inheritance,  § 460,461 and 473. The Czech state notary, without the knowledge of my Czech law representative JUDr Michal Rezek and me, the owner, erased the workshop-factory from the 19.9.1991 contract, approved by the Czech authorities. The only reason must have been the continuation of political hatred against writer's father, or demand for bribery? The inventor represented Australia and to pay bribes was prohibited and against the law of both countries. For conspiracy full of hatred, that was not enough. In 1993, the floors of father's workshop were illegally and senselessly demolished. The writer's grandfather land was sold by conspiracy haters, to a private company. Since 7.2.1992, the workshop remained empty, for 20 years, with the blessing of Czech authorities. Since 7.2.1992, the Czech authorities brought to standstill the goodwill Riha PumpsR production and development of new technologies. After 20 years, the Czech authority instead of undoing the injustice and crime, by returning the workshop, to the writer-heir, the workshop was sold with blessing of Czech authority, to a private company. Shame on all involved, actually they all not just robbed Australia, Solavan Pty Ltd and the inventor, they robbed the orderly citizens and taxpayers of Czechoslovakia of valuable technologies and heritage. Czech Republic loss of  at least US$10million/yearly(estimate based on 1989 affidavit). Following 22 years=$220million=EURO180million. Presumed in today's values, at least EURO 2 billion. The financial loss caused by few Czech criminals and greedy, including the state notary, fraudulently changing the workshop ownership. Beginning of new technology is generally difficult. Two years of cooperation between  the Czech Republic and Australia was successful in manufacturing Riha PumpsR products,education of the institute staff and application of the Riha PumpsR technology in Czechoslovakia  to protect drinking water quality. Next step would have been application of the Riha PumpsR technology throughout Europe and Russia. Under the 1992/1993 corruptive state of affair, other overseas company took full advantage. Czech Republic from their European leading status position, was degraded to be a sale and be agency for the overseas company.  Most other countries are aware that technology leads to countries prosperity and provide good conditions to attract new technologies and investments. As above described, the opposite happened in Czechoslovakia. This financial crime was never investigated, causing great financial loss for the Czech Republic,their citizens and Australia. The textile mills Grohova 21 remained deteriorated.

7.2.1992 CZECH STATE NOTARY FRAUDULENT CROSSED OUT TEXTILE MILLS FROM THE 19.9.1991 CONTRACT.STATE NOTARY IN THE COMMUNISMS TRADITION OF COMMUNISTIC DICTATORSHIP FRAUDULENTLY CROSSED OUT JUDR jAROSLAV RIHA  TEXTILE MILLS. In any other democratic country, the State notary would follow the 19.9.1991 contract and register the textile mills of the Tittle book, in the name of the heir of his brave father JUDr Jaroslav Riha.

It is incredible that no person dared to challenge the State notary cross out the textile mills from the 19.9.1991 contact. Neither the Czech  City court, the Czech Regional court, the Czech Highest court, the Czech authorities, the Czech Government and the Czech Presidents

Las year 43 000 tourists visited Villa Tugendhat, 40% foreigners. At average $10 per ticket = $430 000. The textile mills at Grohova 21 could have been operational since 1993, equipped with textile machinery and spinning wheels for visitors to learn. At $10 ticket, over twenty years would have brought many $ milliuons and employment. Instead, the textile mills were since 7.2.1992 not used and changed in ruin and that for one Czech State notary.After 1992,the  textile mills were occupied by vagrant people.Due to the damaged floors, there was a danger of injury,or death. Therefore a fence was erected, dividing the writer,s land. Since 1992, the writer was enable to commercially used his land. The fence has a door with chain and a lock. The lock is periodically  cut off for people cheaply disposing their unwonted goods and replaced with new lock.  

The writer is mentioning a short history of his family, during Nazism, communim and after 1989 democracy, an interesting and educational episode.

In 1938, prior to Czechoslovakian occupation by Germany, the writer's father saved the life two Jewish ladies. His father helped escape Ms Podstatska, with her young son and her assets to Switzerland and Ms Helene Meye and her assets to Argentina. His father risked his own life and of his family. For helping Jews, he was interrogated by the Nazis. My mother, two sisters and myself, were frighten, of we survival. Because he was a very good lawyer, all of us, were not sent to a concentration camp. During the communistic regime in Czechoslovakia, his father was fully aware of the cruelty of communism. His brother Frantisek Riha-Liansky, during the first World war was in Russia and after the communist revolution of 1918. His experiences were described in his book Ilovaj. Writer's father, became an active member of the Czech national party and was preaching against communism. For his anticommunism, he was prosecuted by one of Brno’s communist lawyer and judges, sentenced to 6 years in Jachymov uranium mines. There, he had an accident and became invalid. All of his properties were confiscated. In 1991, the new democracy, the Czechoslovakian government decided that from all of his properties, only one will be returned, namely the combined house (house+ workshop) in the city of Brno, Grohova 21. The writer's grandfather, during the Nazi occupation, was a member of the national uprising and twice cruelly interrogated by Nazis and jailed.

The writer's father JUDr Jaroslav Riha, was a successful solicitor and barrister and grandfather Alois Schlaghamersky, a wood and timber wholesale merchant, owner of timber mills and factory. Both, during communism in Czechoslovakia, named capitalists and their properties confiscated. The hatred against the writer's father and grandfather were much more powerful that the Riha PumpsR development of inventions, for the benefit of the Czech Republic. The hatred of Brno's state notary was incredible, documents were falsified, datum fraudulently changed, to have reason for the erase of father's workshop.Art nouveau (Jugendstil) monuments are recognised by UNESCO, on their World Heritage Sites.The historic value of the art nouveau combined hose is evident from the Czech Title Office, stating in German language:"Hause+Hofflugelgebaute of 1886 (1895)". Translated House+courtyard winged edifice.During the 41 years of communism and after the 1989 Velvet revolution, 20 years of democracy,the heritage value was not recognised. Representing the important bridge between Neoclassicism and Modernism. It is possible that the state notary made a deal with the neighboring owner of Grohova 23, to avoid the building controls of heritage sites? Consequently, after 7.2.1992, the inventor stopped the transfer of machinery, tools and material to Czechoslovakia. The writer employed in all, six Czech, lawyers, for the return of his father's workshop and grandfather’s land, required for Riha PumpsR new technologies. All of the court verdicts, were negatives, the Riha PumpsR technology, Australian goodwill to Czechoslovakia, was totally forgotten, not even mentioned, during the court hearings. The City court, Regional court and highest courts, without any hesitation, totally supported the erase of the father's workshop decision of the state notary, as a absolutely right, final solution. There was no Czech judge, or authority, to let investigate the Czech state notary motive, to erase the workshop from the official contract of 19.9.1991, neither why Riha PumpsR technology was not supported to serve Czechoslovakia. The writer's all of six payed lawyers, did not dare to ask for investigation, or to mention Czechoslovakia having the benefits of the goodwill Riha PumpsR technology. In accordance to Czech publications, the industrial architecture heritage in the Czech Republic is protected. The Grohova 21 workshop, neglected, during communism for 41 years, following 1992 fraud,as described, the workshop was neglected for further 20 years. The historical context was by the Czech authorities overshadowed.  

On 17.5.2011, after 20 years, the attitude of Czech Republic, towards technology, dramatically changed. During the City court of Brno, dealing with his grandfather land, for the first time Czech court acknowledged that the writer required the properties of his father and grandfather, for manufacturing Riha PumpsR new technologies. The writer, defending himself, was so stunned that he forgot to ask court for compensation.

The historians may be interested in the many documents and files, commencing 1990 to the present day, Czechoslovakian negative attitude towards technology, changing to positive.During the past 21 years, the writer asked the Czech police,ombudsman and authorities to investigate the criminal action of the state notary.If the state notary acted all alone, or with accomplices, or command.Lately, 2011-2012 again, the writer asked Czech police to investigate the crime. The 19.9.1991 restitution, confirming the writer's ownership of the lots 49 and 50.  Attached was also the 7.2.1992 crime, fraudulently altered the 19.9.1991 restitution by the state notary. The Czech police asked the South Moravian police to investigate.The South Moravian police repeated the version of the South Moravian authority.The criminal action of the state notary ,obliterate wipe out the workshop lot 50 from the 19.9.1991 writers ownership, was not investigated by the South Moravian police.This criminal offence is not statute barred. 

As a consequence, of injustice, the writer and Riha PumpsR lost his father's workshop and his grandfather's land. The writer lodged a number of complain to the Czech authorities and to the Strasbourg human right court. The injustice was not investigated and remained injustice. In 2012, his father's workshop to be repaired. Afterwards  provided with the reproduction of 19 century textile mills, for visitors to understand the social-economic system of the time. Few solid spinning wheels, for visitors, to attempt spinning. In Australia, the inventor has  one of the antique salvages  spinning wheel. 

The writer-inventor was aware of the neglected Czech dams, lakes, rivers and polluted by dams, lakes, rivers, due to the toxicity of the cyanobacteria. The Czech Republic suffered great financial loss of international tourism and business. The cyanobacteria are over 3 billion years on earth. The cyanobacteria survived geological times, extreme heat and cold. Their adaptation capacity is remarkable and their total removal, difficult. The writer's unique invention was designed for removal of cyanobacteria and from the captured cyanobacteria, production of biodiesel. The Czech authorities and Czech courts decided not to return his father's owned workshop, and his grandfather's owned land, to the writer/inventor's ownership, consequently Riha PumpsR work ceased, in Czechoslovakia for Czechoslovakians. The inventor/writer resumed work on his other patented invention and designs, the Solar and compressed air managed householdTM ( In accordance to Czech newspapers, the cyanobacteria treatment of only one dam, the city of Brno dam, by traditional methods, costed the Czech and European taxpayer, over Kc 500 million ($25million)! In 2012, further Brno dam, is demanding Kc 127 million ($6million)! There are a number of Czech Republic other dams and lakes, polluted by cyanobacteria!

Inventors in general, are hardworking, progressive people, giving their knowledge, experience and inventions to the world, throughout the centuries. Any robbery, fraud and hatred such as described, should be condemned, punished and injustice rectified. Australia, Australian Solavan Pty Ltd and the writer/inventor expect apology from the Czech Republic, financial compensation for the damages and restitution of the historic textile mills, lot.50 Grohova 21.Czech Republic government can ask for finances from EU fond to save the textile mills, restoration to the original conditions and ownership in accordance to the 19.9.1991 Consensus.The Czech Republic government commitment to justice, in accordance to the Czech National Constitution.
